When I first sat down with Dallas, he was very interested in what I thought and what my needs were. We then discussed t he local market and what he felt was a reasonable price for my house. I, nor did he, want to price it so high that there wouldn't be any interest in it. Dallas did his homework and presented me with a good, solid, reasonable plan to sell my house. I was in no hurry and felt that it might take some time to sell. We had 2 offers within 24 hours and a third in a day or two. My house sold for a bit OVER asking price but the listing was right on the money.
Dallas is a most knowledgeable, professional and friendly agent who always kept me up to date on the progress of the sale.
Dallas made the whole sale of my home of 20 years as stress free as possible. That's an accomplishment!

Dallas did an excellent job selling my home quickly. I moved out of state and he took charge and handled the responsibil ity completely. My home was only on the market for a couple days and sold quickly above asking price. Dallas coordinated the inspection repairs in my absence and kept me updated throughout the process. I personally recommend Dallas Ferrell to anyone that needs to sell there home quickly and will not be present throughout the process. Dallas takes the stress and headaches out of selling your home.
